FULL-TIME COMPENSATION: 
- $5,000 Sign-On Bonus
- $80,000 to $85,000 Base Salary, negotiable depending on experience

COMPANY PROFILE: 
For more than 20 years, this practice has been offering occupational medicine, physical therapy, and orthopedic rehabilitation services to patients in the greater Boulder area. The practice has a culture that is friendly, energetic, and focused on teamwork. They have a staff of more than 35 dedicated employees and are currently hiring due to growth.


POSITION DESCRIPTION: 
The new physical therapist will work as part of a close-knit team of healthcare professionals, seeing patients recovering from workplace injuries and related conditions.  The practice employs a collaborative model that fosters growth opportunities for clinicians.  The practice is growing both in number of locations and patient census and, over time, will have promotional opportunities available, including positions such as Physical Therapy Director.

Services of the practice include, but are not limited to:


- physical therapy
- occupational medicine
- orthopedic rehabilitation

Physical therapists typically see 11 to 12 patients per day.  Every visit is scheduled for 40 minutes, allowing ample time to provide individualized care using interventions the PTs deem most appropriate.

The practice uses an EHR.

The position does not require experience and, for new graduates or less experienced PTs, offers a mentoring program with a senior Physical Therapist.  This includes one-on-one weekly meetings to discuss topics that include patient care, caseload management, billing, professional development, clinical questions, and more.


REQUIREMENTS:
- completion of an accredited physical therapy program
- Colorado physical therapy license
- no experience necessary
- new graduates are welcome to apply
